Habitat Studio completed the design of a multi-family residential complex for Werner Sobek. The architectural concept was developed by the "Ostozhenka" Architectural Bureau. Our scope of work included the development of design and construction documentation.

The complex consists of two towers (four sections).

This residential development seamlessly blends modernity with tradition, and practicality with elegance, serving as a striking architectural landmark amidst the dynamic development of the city.
